Base Cloud Framework

The Base Cloud Framework is the foundation of AppSuite Cloud Solution. The framework includes integration to Micros POS systems, support for location and customer data storage, security infrastructure, administrative access to the Customer Care Portal, mobile IOS and Android apps, web plug-in support, and remote access for Micros plug-in support. The Framework is deployed on AppSuite’s world-class Cloud infrastructure managed by industry leader Microsoft Azure and is secure, scalable, and highly available.

Loyalty and Rewards

AppSuite CRM – Loyalty and Rewards

The Loyalty and Rewards module provides the ability to setup your program and offer guests creative and important features that drive increased visits and spending. Key features include multi-tiered structure (bronze, silver, gold), spending driven points, double/triple point days, cash/food/merchandise based rewards, linking points to desirable activities (surveys, completed profile, increased spend).

Surveys are a component of the Loyalty and Rewards module – The survey module provides the ability to deliver customized SMS based surveys to members who visit based upon spending thresholds. The scoring of the surveys can dynamically drive other steps such as public reviews, real-time notifications to staff of bad surveys and performance management reviews of staff as the cashier/servers are recorded with the check and the survey results.

Reporting & Analytics are a component of the Loyalty and Rewards module – This module provides the ability to produce both analytic and accounting reports on demand or on schedule. Reports can be produced in PDF and or Excel format. Each stakeholder can have their own unique profile for scheduled email delivery of reports and analytics.

Gift Cards

AppSuite CRM – Gift Cards

The gift card module supports standard magnetic stripe cards via your Micros or Maitre’D POS or the AppSuite Loyalty Manager app.  Additionally, the gift card module has support for eGift cards that can be sold virtually on your website and sent electronically via email to recipients. Finally, customers can link a gift card to their profile to create an electronic wallet “eWallet”. Once connected the eWallet can then be used for purchasing via the mobile app via scan at the counter or in full Service locations the check can be paid out to the eWallet via the AppSuite Micros or Maitre’D plug-in. Customer can also either manually reload the card or set it up to be auto-reloaded by linking a credit card to the account to replenish the balance at predetermined levels.

The Multi-Channel Marketing “MCM” engine is a key component of the CRM module.  The “MCM” connects to the 1-1 Campaign module and creates a simple and seamless process where a single process can deliver messaging to multiple channels simultaneously (email, push messaging, Twitter, Facebook) dramatically improving marketing reach and effectiveness.

MCM – one database, multiple messaging channels. MCM eliminates the need for complicated exporting and or data merging to one or more guest lists for marketing. The costs benefits are substantial as well as the MCM eliminates the need for email solutions such as Constant Contact, schedule tools like Hootsuite or costly SMS marketing platforms.
