Sales Director

Office: Home Based

Region: North America

Primary Markets: Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Sports & Leisure

Key responsibilities:

  8. Achieving Revenue Targets

Primary Goal:

Drive revenue growth via opportunities that can generate consistent recurring revenue and complimentary services.

Activity targets:

  1. Close business to exceed ARR “Annual Recurring Revenue” targets.
  2. Focus on larger accounts that generate substantial annual revenue.
  3. Generate service fee income on deals via setup, implementation, and custom development to exceed annual revenue targets.
  4. Create sales leads to exceed your revenue goals.

Administrative:

  1. Develop account plans for all funnel accounts from Qualification through Final Contract Negotiation phase. Information and forms in Salesforce will model this.
  2. For all new accounts, complete an account review form to assess the business opportunity and assist in the qualification process. This review should highlight all potential revenue and business, technical, operational, legal and financial issues associated with a new opportunity.
  3. Attend weekly sales meetings prepared to review your personal top 3 opportunities and discuss any weekly agenda items.
  4. Complete on a timely basis your funnel report and weekly status report by end of business each Tuesday.
  5. Enter all new prospects and any change in status of reports to Salesforce.com
  6. Act as the primary point of contact for all customer proposals and pricing adjustments related to a change in scope on both a pre-sales and post-sales basis.
  7. Participate in the business requirement analysis post-sale and present this to the customer to ensure expectations for project scope deliverables and budget are set appropriately.
  8. Monitor weekly project updates post-sales from the project managers with special attention paid to new change orders. If necessary, participate in the presentation of these changes to the customer with the project manager.
  9. Present effective company overview and product demonstrations to customers as needed during the sales process.
  10. Manage the RFI, RFP and proposal process coordinating internal resources to ensure well-positioned, accurate and on-time responses to customer.

Lead Front-End Developer

Office: Home Based

Region: North America

Primary Markets: Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Sports & Leisure

We are looking for a full-time front-end web/mobile lead. The team member will lead our efforts on our web/mobile ordering, kiosk, and loyalty app. We offer this app to our customers to embed in their website and provide their customers ordering and loyalty support through a mobile browser, Android, or iOS app.

Required Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience leading development of web and mobile applications

  • Demonstrated ability to define the architecture and design for a new application

  • Experience gathering requirements and interacting with customers directly

  • Understanding of SaaS business models and how they are supported by technology

  • Experience with critical thinking, best practices, and design trade-offs as part of an SDLC

  • Understanding and experience with full stack development

Required Technical Experience:

  • Understanding of market trends and experience with development across multiple platforms including Apache Cordova, Angular, React.JS, Vue, Ionic, React Native, Bootstrap

  • Expertise in developing with underlying technologies including Typescript, Javascript, REST APIs, HTML, JSON, XML, CSS

  • Mastery of source code control systems such as Github

  • Use of development work management solutions such as Jira & Confluence

  • Full understanding of Xcode & Android Studio used for Appstore submissions

Desirable Experience:

  • Knowledge and understanding of eCommerce and online ordering solutions

  • Specific knowledge working with Payment Gateway Integrations, Smart Pay (Apple & Google Pay)

  • Experience with various types of messaging such as push notifications, WhatsApp, SMS

  • Deep experience implementing 3rd party SDKs

  • Advanced knowledge of application security management

  • Experience with UI Design in building cross platform web and mobile applications

  • Experience with UI debugging and error handling

  • Ability to work effectively and directly with customers
